I am Dalma Kedei, a 46-year-old wife and mother of three children. I work for the HIFA-ROMÁNIA Association, where I got in touch with the BB DANCE dance group years ago. At that time, I was part of the dance group for a few months, which was interrupted by my pregnancy with my youngest child. Now that she is old enough that I don’t always have to be by her side, I can take on activities that are outside the family and take a break from the gray weekdays. I like being with the team, and I like the challenges, which I have plenty of here.
Szili is my name, dancing is my game. 😀 I joined the team from the very beginning, and I am the only one left of the old crew. I have participated in about 65 out of 70 performances, and I have had 4 able-bodied and 1 wheelchair dance partner over the years. This year I am celebrating the team’s tenth anniversary, and the teacher still surprises me with new choreographies. One of my big dreams would be for us to tour Romania first, and then abroad, showing our little talent, good mood, and positive attitude to the whole world with our performances. And don’t forget: “Everything is possible, you just have to want it!” 🙂
My name is Miclea Andrea Szidónia. I have been taking dance lessons since 2009, more precisely, since I was four years old. In 2012, I took part in my very first ballroom dance competition, which was an incredible experience and gave me the motivation and confidence to continue dancing. In January 2021, I joined DanceArt Club, and I have been attending dance classes ever since. I always look forward to the next lesson, eager to learn new steps and improve the ones I already know. In 2025, our dance teacher, Katalin Somodi, asked me if I would like to join the BB Dance group. This made one of my dreams come true: having a dance partner of my own. Without hesitation, I said yes, and the team exceeded all my expectations. My dance partner, Szilárd, has taught me so many things, and together, as a team, we continue to grow and develop in the world of dance. I consider myself very lucky because I can call him not only my dance partner, but also a special friend with a unique story of his own. The fact that the two of us can dance together is an incredible miracle—one that we experience again and again during our rehearsals and performances. I hope that our shared dancing journey will continue for many years to come, filled with countless performances and unforgettable moments.
